You will have full autonomy, driving commercial delivery that ensures ongoing growth, development and success. As part of this journey, you will enjoy building on the successful launches of both our Regen.™ for Textile Production solution and our Home Laundry External powered by Regen.™ filtration product, to deliver conversion of commercial contracts that will make a positive impact on the environment.

Matter. is a VC backed Cleantech scale-up and has an opportunity for an experienced Senior Manufacturing Engineer who can develop new systems and processes for establishing manufacturing lines for one-off production and scaling to assembly lines for batch manufacture.
The core focus will be the assembly of robustly engineered filtration systems for the textiles industry, each unit filling the size of a standard ISO container. For the first 10-20 applications this will be an evolving process that will then move onto workflow of RFQ and build of system from shopping list of options.

The primary focus for the Mechanical Design Engineer role is to support the Industries business units technology development for Regen.™ for Textile Production - Matter's latest innovation designed to tackle microfibre pollution from textile manufacturing.

We are growing our sales team and are recruiting for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities in international markets, whilst executing on strategies to increase sales in key industrial sectors such as Textile Manufacturing and Industrial Water.
